Data Conservation Period – How long will we keep your data?
Alba Collado Servicios Lingüísticos will process and store your data for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
Transfer of information – To what recipients will your data be communicated?
Depending on your location, data transfers may involve transferring and storing your information in a country other than your own.
Your data may also be accessed by those providers that provide services to Alba Collado Servicios Lingüísticos, such as hosting services, marketing tools and content systems or other professionals, when such communication is legally necessary, or for the execution of the contracted services.
Alba Collado Servicios Lingüísticos has made sure that said providers will treat your data in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related Services.
